TradeHaven provides trading productivity and analytics software, including but not limited to trade journaling, risk calculation, and strategy confluence tracking. We provide software tools to organize your data; we do not provide brokerage services, trading execution, or financial advice.

The information, tools, and algorithms provided by the Service are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or an offer to buy/sell securities or foreign exchange.
Trading foreign exchange (Forex), cryptocurrencies, and other financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting financial losses or gains.
Premium features are offered on a subscription basis ("TradeHaven Pro"). Payments are processed securely via our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. By upgrading to a premium subscription, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) according to the terms of the plan selected.
In no event shall TradeHaven, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses incurred in your personal trading accounts, loss of data, or business interruption arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the core development entity operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
