Your privacy is critically important to us at TradeHaven. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our web application. All subscription payments are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

We collect information directly from you when you use the Service:
- Authentication Data: When you log in via Google Auth, we receive basic profile information such as your email address, display name, and avatar URL.
- User-Generated Content: We securely store the trades you log in your Trade Journal, custom strategies, and checklist configurations. This is tied to your unique user ID.
- Payment Information: For TradeHaven Pro subscriptions, billing details (credit card, billing address) are collected and processed directly by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. TradeHaven does not store or process your raw payment credentials.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information solely for providing and improving the Service:
- To authenticate you and sync your data across devices.
- To render your personal trade journal and performance metrics.
- To manage your TradeHaven Pro subscription via Paddle webhooks.
- To communicate essential service updates or technical support responses.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is securely stored using Google Firebase (Firestore). We utilize strict security rules to ensure that your trade history and custom strategies can only be read and written by your authenticated user account.
4. Cookies and Third-Party Services
We use essential cookies for authentication (Firebase Auth) and local caching. We integrate the following third-party services:
- Firebase: For authentication and database hosting.
- Paddle.com: For secure subscription and payment processing.
- TwelveData API: To fetch generic market forex prices. (No personal data is sent to TwelveData).
5. User Data Rights (GDPR)
Depending on your location, you have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of your personal data. Because your data is tied strictly to your account, you can manually delete your strategies and trades within the app. For full account deletion requests, please contact us.
